That's What They Tell Me
Published on September 10, 2004 By Different Hanja In Welcome
OK, I finally broke down and decided to stop lurking and start my own blog. For those of you who know me this may be a pathetic waste of time, but if you don't know me I can assure you this will simply be a waste of time. I have no plan for structure, much like my life, just from time to time I will pop out a rant about how everything sucks.

I really was a nice guy, but everything has changed. I went from being the nice kid to a founding member of "The Wrong Brothers" through a series of "learning experiences" that I thought I had no control over. It is amusing to look back on my life and realize how so many small decisions have shaped me into who I am today; a short, balding, overweight bar owner in a foreign land. What the hell happened? As I find the time I will fill you all in. If you have the time to read this..... I'm sorry!

Anyway, I might add to this later......

Seeing what hanging with/being mentored by greywar will do to a man, first hand, I can't judge you for "used to be[ing] a nice guy." I know, my friend, I know...

And yet, somehow, that still fits the Army's definition of leadership.... or coercion, I'm not sure!

He was my friend and co-worker, not mentor. We inflicted our mentorship on the junior guys while avoiding being mentored to by WIWAGs (When I Was At Group), ask Grey, he'll explain vehemently, I'm sure. Fortunately we were able to ignore the ignoble idiots-in-charge and run the place with no one the wiser!
